Our Identity

The Origins of Finance Atena®

Atena was founded in 1986 as a software company specializing in the development of proprietary solutions for business process management and innovation.
Over the years, the company has built on its expertise as an IBM Business Partner, developing ERP platforms, software for the financial sector, and solutions tailored to businesses, institutions, and public agencies.

The evolution of markets and the growing complexity of economic and financial decisions led Atena to develop new tools focused on investment simulation and strategic planning.

This experience gave rise to Finance Atena®, initially designed to support project financing operations and later evolved into a predictive analytics platform capable of guiding companies, investors, and management in evaluating future scenarios and optimizing strategic decisions.

Today, this evolution is embodied in the Digital Twin Business Model®, the digital model of the enterprise that enables users to simulate scenarios, assess the impact of decisions, and transform data into concrete guidance for growth and value creation.

Our Vision
