Sustainability, Innovation, and the Future

The starting point of the webinar was, first and foremost, to understand what Finance Atena is and what its main objective is. <<Finance Atena is an innovative project for analyzing the future of business, which ensures innovation on three levels: innovation in the vision for the future, innovation in the methodology for analyzing the future, and, finally, innovation in the technology used to analyze the future. Becoming the leader of one’s own future is the overarching mission of the Finance Atena project. […] This is an objective that greatly distinguishes what we want to be and offer. Every activity—from software development to the new methodological approach, to the expansion of the project across multiple areas—has been carried out with this specific purpose in mind. In fact, we believe that those who truly become leaders of their own future can not only confidently aim to secure new funding or win a grant but also ensure their own future growth—constant and continuous—which is the most important thing>>. With these words, Paolo Zammitti introduced the topic, going on to outline the three imperatives that the Finance Atena team has set for itself to achieve this goal: Believe in the Future, Act in the Future, and Improve the Future.

During the interview, the 11 milestones on which the Finance Atena Methodology is based were also discussed: Digital Twin Business Model, Reverse Top-Down (Systems Theory), Timing, Disrupting Future, Range Approach (Quantum Physics), AI, Proactive Due Diligence, Evolution Leadership, Work on Strategy, Smart Flexibility & Dynamic Views (Game Theory).

Each of these can be applied to any type of business, company, or industry, as well as to all major financial market sectors (Project Finance, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Business Crisis, Debt Restructuring, Real Estate, Family Office, Islamic Finance, and Startups). When implemented step by step, they provide companies and projects with the keys to taking control of their own future. Furthermore, since Finance Atena is both a methodology and a technology, each of the milestones mentioned above is a fundamental objective that permeates the software architecture of the FinTech platform and every single function that has been developed over time.
